Account eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password. You must be at least 18, or use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Accounts and training access may not be shared.
Membership and recurring billing
The membership price is $30 per month. By completing Stripe checkout, you authorize an automatically recurring $30 monthly charge until you cancel. There is no long-term contract. Taxes, if legally required, may be added by the payment processor.
Cancellation
Open Membership & Billing to manage your subscription when self-service billing is available, or email capitalstrikerguide@gmail.com to request cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless a refund, chargeback, payment failure or immediate cancellation ends access sooner. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Training safety and assumption of risk
Striking, conditioning, bag work, partner drills and combat sports involve risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your health, experience, equipment and environment. Review and follow the Training Safety Disclaimer before participating.
Educational purpose and results
Content is provided for general educational and fitness purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace in-person coaching, qualified supervision or professional medical care. Results vary, and no competitive, fitness, self-defense or financial outcome is guaranteed.
Permitted use
Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the training materials. You may not copy, record, download, reproduce, resell, publicly display, distribute or create competing materials from the content without written permission.
Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, misuse another person's account, submit unlawful material or harass community members. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, fraud, nonpayment or material violation of these terms.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Lessons, schedules and features may be improved, replaced or removed. Material changes will not alter charges already paid without notice where required by law.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Capital Striker Guide is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
