Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, contact messages and coaching questions. We also maintain membership status, subscription identifiers and payment-event records needed to control access to the member gym.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Capital Striker Guide does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- Create and secure your member account.
- Activate, maintain or end paid member access.
- Answer support, membership and coaching questions.
- Operate, protect and improve the website and training service.
- Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and security obligations.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Essential account and security cookies keep you signed in. Optional Google Ads or Meta advertising measurement is loaded only after you choose “Accept” in the privacy notice. If you decline, the optional advertising scripts are not loaded and your access is unchanged.
How information is shared
We may share only the information necessary with service providers that help operate the site, including website hosting, email delivery and payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or others. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for membership administration, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also decline optional advertising measurement. California residents may have additional rights to know, correct or delete information and to limit certain uses without discrimination.

Children and teens
The service is intended for adults. Anyone under 18 may use it only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
