Monthly renewal
Capital Striker Guide membership is $30 per month and renews automatically using the payment method provided to Stripe until canceled.
Cancel anytime
Open Membership & Billing to cancel before the next renewal when self-service billing is available, or email CapitalStrikerGuide@gmail.com. Include the email used for your member login and Stripe checkout. Cancellation stops future charges.
Access after cancellation
Access normally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Access may end sooner following a refund, chargeback, failed payment or immediate subscription cancellation.
Refund requests
Monthly membership charges are generally non-refundable once member content has been made available. If you were charged after a timely cancellation request, were charged more than once, or could not access the service because of a verified technical problem, contact us within seven days of the charge. We will review the request fairly and correct confirmed billing errors. This policy does not limit refund rights provided by applicable law.
Failed payments
Member access may be paused when Stripe reports a failed, disputed or overdue payment. Access can be restored after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
